Email us at thesapwoods@gmail.com and we will happily exchange faulty or wrong sized purchases. We will pay shipping costs for returns once buyer returns the item because it's defective, isn't as described in the listing, or it was damaged in shipping. The quicker we are notified of a return after item is received the better, items will not be returned 30 days after being shipped to buyer.
